Q102 Interviews KMF President

March 19th, 2017

Kristin Mitchell was a beautiful 21-year-old recent college graduate from Saint Joseph’s University. She had her whole life in front of her, when she was brutally murdered by her 28-year old ex-boyfriend when she attempted to break up with him.

Her family and friends were determined that her short life would have a larger meaning and thus began the Kristin Mitchell Foundation dedicated to raising awareness about dating violence especially among young adults.

Q102’s Loraine Ballard Morrill speaks with Kristin’s father, Bill Mitchell, about the Kristin Mitchell Foundation and the 11th Annual Kristin’s Krusade 5K Run/Walk which takes place Saturday, April 8th, 2017, at Saint Joseph’s University.

This interview runs 20 minutes and gives insights into dating violence and what to do to prevent it.

You can support our Mission by signing up and attending this year’s Kristin’s Krusade 5K Run/Walk on April 8th at Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.
